  • Moulding

    Conform to the shape needed, the mould is maded. A handful petunse,will go through a fantastic trip.

  • Casting

    Cast the porcelain clay into the mould,removing the extra. Wait quietly for the birth of porcelain body.

  • Roll Shaping

    Rolling head acts in harmony with the mold. The head and the mould roll around the axil in the same direction simultaneously for the birth of a porcelain body.

  • Body Amending

    The ancient porcelain making, even if the development so far, it still needs meticulous manual operation. Every body amending represents a porcelain craftsmanship.

  • Biscuiting

    High temperature fire reaches 750-800 ℃, given a porcelain the tough quality. Biscuiting is a important process in porcelain making, which determines the fine degree of porcelain appearance.

  • Polishing

    It is like to be a farewell to the soil. Polishing the bisque body, which removes the impurities on the surface.

  • Colored Painting

    Colored painting gives a porcelain stories, which come from the craftsman’s hands. Underglaze is a painting on the raw body. Overglaze a painting  on the body has been fired by high temperature.

  • Glazing

  • Glaze firing

    Firing the glaze with the 1200-1300 ℃ high temperature after glazing process. Glaze firing owns countless porcelain craftsmen’s wisdom and experience, which is the key to the success of porcelain

  • Decal Baking

    After the decoration on porcelain, it still needs to experience the third times of firing patterns, firmly attached patterns to the glaze. An outstanding porcelain must owns both of inside and outside high quality.

  • Decaling

    A noble dragon still needs eyes. Pasting the classical or fashioning patterns on the surface to give every porcelain its own goodliness.

About Glaze Techniques

  • Overglaze

    Overglaze is fired at 1200 to 1300 ℃ kiln to be white porcelain blank. After painting, then fired at 800℃. The roasting temperature isn’t up to degree of melting, the pattern can’t sink into the glaze, and thus it is named overglaze.
